AFTERI would like to thank the previous owners of my house for leaving me a tacky light fixture in the dining room, because it gave me something to do Sunday whenever I got bored. I am no electrician, so you can imagine my confusion whenever I attempted to take it down from the ceiling...So....I ended up leaving it hanging and lined the floor with newspaper to catch the flying paint particles, and I taped newspaper on the ceiling so that my white ceiling wouldn't turn black. Sounds like a new "you might be a redneck" joke...You might be a redneck if you leave up your chandeleir and spray paint it, instead of taking it down. Isn't it amazing what a can of spray paint can fix??!!
